Why support Worcester Music Festival

Worcester Music Festival is a non-profit, volunteer-led event that champions live music and raises money to support local community charities. Each year, we showcase emerging and established artists across multiple venues in the city centre, providing a creative platform for artists, while supporting local businesses, creating awareness for vital local causes and bringing 1000s of visitors into the city over the course of our three-day event.

Why Support Worcester Music Festival

To deliver a high-quality, accessible festival experience, we rely on the generosity of sponsors and supporters. Although our team works tirelessly on a voluntary basis, the festival incurs essential costs, ranging from PA and stage hire to professional sound engineering, printed materials, marketing, and the delivery of free educational workshops.

Our funding is drawn from four key sources: public grants, donations from trusts and local businesses, advertising revenue from our festival guide, and private contributions. As such, sponsorship plays a crucial role in sustaining the festival’s growth and impact.

By supporting Worcester Music Festival, you are investing in the cultural life of the city, helping us celebrate the richness and diversity of our music scene, and enabling us to continue raising funds for local charities. Your contribution directly supports grassroots creativity, community engagement, and the long-term viability of one of Worcester’s most cherished events.

Advertise in the Festival Guide

Worcester Music Festival is proud to attract thousands of visitors each year, drawn into the city by an eclectic programme of live music hosted in a range of venues, including everything from pubs, clubs and cafés to historic buildings, independent shops, outdoor stages and even tattoo studios. To help audiences navigate the weekend, we produce a free, official festival guide featuring full listings, artist profiles, venue information and more. Distributed around the city in the weeks leading up to the festival, and throughout the weekend itself, the guide reaches between 2,500 and 3,000 readers. We are now inviting other organisations to join this vibrant, fast-growing event by advertising in our guide. Advertising offers a unique opportunity to connect with a wide and engaged audience while supporting a non-profit event that celebrates local music and raises funds for community charities. As a volunteer-led organisation, our aim is simply to cover the costs of printing. We are pleased to offer the following competitive rates:

  • Full page: £200
  • Half page: £115
  • Quarter page: £80

If you would like to advertise in this year’s guide, please get in touch via the Contact Us page.

We also welcome sponsorship and donations of any size to help support the festival’s delivery. If you are interested in contributing, whether as a business, organisation or individual, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. Every contribution makes a significant impact.
