Worcester Music Festival - 12th to 14th September 2025

All Worcester Music Festival gigs and workshops are FREE to attend. However, we do ask that you show your appreciation by donating generously to our charity of the year, Worcester Snoezelen. Donation buckets are available at every venue throughout the weekend, or you can donate online.

Worcester is well-connected by road and rail. The M5 motorway runs just east of the city, accessible via Junctions 6 and 7, making travel by car straightforward from most regions, including London, which is approximately 120 miles away. By train, Worcester Foregate Street station is the most central and convenient option, placing you right in the heart of the action. For more travel information, click here.

Central parking options include St. Martin's Gate, Crown Gate, King Street, and Copenhagen Street, all within easy walking distance of festival venues. For details on Worcester City Council car parks, click here.

No tickets are required for general entry, just turn up and enjoy!

Festival venues are spread throughout Worcester city centre and include pubs, clubs, cafés, community spaces, churches, boats, record shops and outdoor performance areas. For a full list of all the fantastic venues taking part this year, as well as a handy map, please click here.

Live music begins at 1pm on Friday and runs until midnight. On Saturday and Sunday, performances start at midday and continue until midnight.

Absolutely! Most of our venues welcome under-18s until 9 pm, so there’s plenty of opportunity for youngsters to experience live music throughout the weekend. Families are always warmly welcomed, and children often enjoy the interactive workshops most of all.

Most of the venues will have soft drinks for the kids and a selection of stronger options for the adults. There’ll be no shortage of food outlets with the festival being held across the city centre, plus several venues will be serving snacks and meals while you enjoy the music. City centre accommodation options include two Premier Inns, a Travelodge, and a variety of hotels and bed & breakfasts.

We’re always looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help with planning, logistics and on-the-ground support during the festival weekend. If you’d like to contribute your time or skills, please get in touch via the Contact Us page.

We aim to make Worcester Music Festival as inclusive as possible. Many venues offer step-free access, accessible toilets, and seating options. Please check individual venue listings or Contact Us for specific accessibility details. .

Some venues may welcome well-behaved dogs, especially outdoor or pub-based locations, but others may not. We recommend checking with individual venues in advance, but do note that many venues will be both loud and busy during the festival. Assistance dogs are welcome throughout.

Yes! A full schedule and map will be available on our website closer to the event, and printed copies will be available at all venues and other key locations across the city during the weekend.

We recommend comfy shoes, a reusable water bottle, weather-appropriate clothing, and a charged phone to follow the schedule and share your experience! However, being in the town centre, there are plenty of amenities to access should you need them.

We love spontaneous creativity, but please respect venue rules and public space regulations. If you're interested in busking, contact us in advance to discuss suitable locations and times, as we have plenty of performance opportunities available!
