If you haven’t heard of Worcester Music Festival, we are a non-profit making event run by an enthusiastic team of volunteers who give their time for free. However, we do require considerable financial support to pay for the infrastructure needed to make the festival a success.  Costs include PA hire, sound engineers, printing, marketing & promotion and the costs of providing educational workshops.

Our funding typically comes from four sources – grants from public bodies, donations from Trusts and local businesses, revenue from advertising in the festival guide and private donations. With your support, we can continue to publicise the fantastic quality and diversity of our local music scene, and help raise much-needed money for the charities we support.

Advertise in the Festival Guide

Thousands of visitors came to the festival last year to catch some brilliant, live music in venues that included pubs, clubs, cafes, restaurants and historic buildings right through to a leisure cruise boat, independent record shop and outdoor stages.

Every year, we produce a free, official festival guide to inform our audiences about what is happening, where and when over the festival weekend. Every year, we distribute 2,500 – 3,000 copies throughout Worcestershire in the run up to and during the festival weekend and we are now looking for advertisers who are interested in the exposure of being part of our fast growing event.

As a non-profit organisation, we are only looking to cover the print costs of the guide and can, therefore, offer the following very reasonable rates:

  • Full page: £190.00
  • Half page: £100.00
  • Quarter page: £65.00

If you would like to advertise in this year’s guide, please get in touch through the Contact Us page.

We also need more funding and more sponsors in all areas. If you feel you would like to, and are able to, help support the festival (no matter how large or small the donation), please get in touch through the Contact Us page.
