Cafe Bliss is on the ground floor linked to Annex 21 gallery space and offers a tapas based menu of Mexican, as well as more traditional, dishes.

Amanda and Eloina have made it their mission to find fresh ethically-produced ingredients, sourced whenever possible from local farms and businesses. Here is just a small sample of the fabulous, homemade food on offer:

Tostadas - 3 mini flour tortillas pan fried, lavishly topped with either a homemade cool Mexican red bean spread, poached free range chicken breast or marinated prawns, diced tomatoes and sour cream.

Ceviche - prawns marinated in lime juice & coriander with hand-cut tortilla chips.

Garnachas - 3 mini flour tortillas pan fried, topped with Mexican red bean spread, and sprinkled with grated cheese and finely chopped spicy onions.

Muddy Boots Gluten-Free Burgers - available with caramelised onion and mozzarella, stilton and Herefordshire cider, goat’s cheese, sun dried tomato and fresh basil, leek & mushroom, roasted red pepper, or paprika and lime.

Homemade Spicy Bean Burgers - a delicious mixture of kidney and haricot beans, coriander and spices.

That’s a Wrap - flour tortillas with a succulent mix of poached free range chicken breast and/or roasted vegetables and a mix of guacamole/sour cream.

The cafe is licensed and also serves pre-performance meals and can cater for one-off special occasions.
