UPDATE: Competition has now closed

If you’re an enthusiastic photographer and you’re planning on attending the festival this year, don’t forget our annual photo competition which is open to all attendees. Plus the Child Care Bureau are kindly donating a £100 camera store voucher for the first prize this year, with £50 and £25 vouchers being offered for second and third place as well.

Whether it’s an action shot of a live music event or whether you’ve grabbed a snap of some lively audience members, Worcester Music Festival is inviting photographers of all ages and abilities to submit to the contest and show us what you’ve been up to over the festival weekend.

The submissions will be judged by a panel of music photographers – this year Steve Johnston, Joseph Singh, and James Watkins will be the judges you need to impress – and entries will be whittled down to a top 20 ahead of the winner and runners up being announced at the awards ceremony that follows the festival, the launch of which will take place at Worcester Arts Workshop on Friday October 21 at 7pm.
